Description: Queen Victoria leaving Bucking Palace. Late image of Queen Victoria as she is leaving the palace in june 1897 for the Diamond Jubilee drive through London. The bonnet is the clue and is well known to fans of Queen Victoria. She refused to wear a crown and chose instead the black silk bonnet with white feathers and trimmed with diamonds. Also interesting to see the old facade of B. Palace (replaced 1913)
